By way of present Petition, the State seeks cancellation of the bail granted to the Respondent vide Order dated 17.06.2021 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge in FIR No. 249/2021, under Sections 394/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station BHD Nagar. 2.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State submits that the Respondent has been acquitted vide Judgment dated 16.05.2023 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge. This fact is duly confirmed by the learned counsel for the Respondent.

It is submitted that the present Petition has become infructuous in view of the acquittal of the Respondent.

In view of the submissions made, the present Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
