Mr. Hirein Sharma, the learned APP, refers to the status report dated 31.08.2020 and the annexure appended along with the said report. 1.1 Mr. Sharma says that the treating doctor has advised the petitioner to take bed-rest given the fact that L-4 and L-5 of her spine is compressed. 1.2 Mr. Sharma, however, says that the petitioner should apply for regular bail as her condition is not likely to improve in the near future. 2.

Having regard to the aforesaid, in particular, the order dated 24.08.2020, passed by the Full Bench of this Court, the interim bail order dated 17.07.2020, concerning the petitioner, passed in Bail Application No. 1519/2020, is extended till 31.10.2020.

The captioned bail application is disposed of in the aforementioned terms.
