petitioner seeking directions to the respondent no. 2, to demolish the illegal second floor and terrace constructed by respondent nos. 4 to 6 at property bearing no. 236/XI, Gali Ghariya, Matia Mahal, Jama Masjid, Delhi110006. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that unauthorized construction has already been booked and a Show Cause Notice has already been issued by the MCD in regard thereto. He further submits that hearing in the said matter is on-going. 3.

Accordingly, the MCD is held bound to take action against the unauthorized construction in question, after following the due procedure. 4.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is satisfied with the action initiated by the respondent no. 2Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD") with regard to the unauthorized construction in the property in question.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, binding the MCD as aforesaid.
