The present petition under Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the Petitioners praying for a direction to Ld. Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) for expeditious disposal of Regular Appeal No.355/2019 which is tagged with Regular Appeal No.366/2019. 2.

Ordinarily, this Court refrains from passing such Orders. However, the case is part-heard before the Ld. DRAT since 27.10.2022. This Court is also aware that in the Order dated 18.11.2024, it was noted by the Ld. DRAT that 29 expeditious matters were listed on that day. 3.

Considering the fact that the case of the Petitioners is part-heard since 27.10.2022, this Court is inclined to make a request to the Ld. DRAT to give priority to the case of the Petitioners.
