Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the order, of which the respondents were alleged to be in contempt of, was challenged by respondents by filing a Letters Patent Appeal and vide order dated 04.10.2024, the order in question has been set aside by learned Division Bench. 2.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that in view of the above said development, the present petition has become infrucutous and they do not, therefore, want to pursue the same.
