This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking appropriate direction to WRC to issue the restoration order. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that after various proceedings on 02.03.2020 the Appellate Authority concluded that the matter deserves to be remanded back to WRC with direction to consider the documents submitted by the petitioner and to further take appropriate steps. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all he seeks is to withdraw the writ petition with a direction to WRC to dispose of the case of the petitioner on its next meeting.

The prayer is allowed. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications, if any, are also dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
