Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner. 2.
It has been informed that in respect of the grievances, the petitioner has already represented the Deputy Chief Electrical Engineer (Construction), Northern Railways, DRM Office, New Delhi by way of making an application dated 08.04.2025.

The grievance raised in the said representation appears to be in respect of the specification of the article to be supplied, namely, Automatic Fault Locator (AFL) pursuant to the subject tender. Various other grievances also appear to have been raised in the said representation. 4.
The last date of submission of bid as informed by learned counsel representing the parties is 25.04.2025.

of the respondent to take a decision on the representation said to have been preferred by the petitioner on 08.04.2025, by tomorrow. While taking the decision on the said representation, the authority concerned shall take into account all the relevant aspects of the matter including the directions given by Hon'ble Madras High Court in its order dated 25.02.2025 in W.P.(C) No. 55677/2025.

The decision so taken shall be expressed in the form of a reasoned and speaking order which shall be communicated to the petitioner as well. 7.
In the aforesaid terms, the writ petition along with pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
