On being pointed out that the concerns raised in this petition relating to non-adherence to the conditions of service of the faculty members employed by the private engineering colleges can be taken up by the individual faculty members and not in a Public Interest Litigation for the reason that the individual faculty members are not incapacitated in any manner to take up their causes, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with the liberty to the individual faculty members to take up their issues separately.
