Petitioners seek setting aside of order dated 21.02.2023, whereby the learned Magisterial court has taken cognizance for offences under Section 25 of Payments and Settlement System Act, 2007 read with Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. It is submitted that the complaint was barred by limitation and, moreover, the account in question was lying blocked/frozen, in terms of the directions given by Governmental Agency and, therefore, the complaint was not maintainable.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, without prejudice to their rights and contentions, seek to withdraw the present petition with liberty to agitate all the points raised in the present petition before the learned Trial Court at appropriate stage. 3.

Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 4.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 5.

Pending applications also stand disposed of.
