CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE YOGESH KHANNA
O R D E R
% 14.05.2019 CAV 512/2019 Counsel as above appears for the respondent/caveator. The caveat is discharged.
CM APPL.No. 23040/2019 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.
CM(M) 753/2019 & CM APPL.No.23039/2019 This petition is against the order dated 07.06.2017 whereby the cross examination of PW1 was though allowed but the petitioner‟s right to lead her defence evidence was disallowed. Against this order dated 07.06.2017 the petitioner preferred a CM(M)877/2017. The said petition was disposed of on 06.11.2017 whereby yet again the opportunity to cross-examine PW1 only was allowed and the rest of the prayer was never allowed. Since the order dated 07.06.2017 has
already been challenged in CM(M) 877/2017, the petitioner cannot file yet another petition after two years to challenge the other part of the order.
The petition stands dismissed being devoid of merits. Pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. YOGESH KHANNA, J.
