The petitioners have filed this application for permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to file another writ petition on the same cause of action. It is averred that several facts and circumstances relevant for the adjudication have been omitted from this writ petition. 2.
The application is supported by affidavits of all four petitioners, and a vakalatnama has also been filed by Mr. Pankaj Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners.

Although notice was issued in this writ petition on 24.04.2024, no counter affidavits have yet been filed. The petition is thus still at the stage of completion of pleadings.
