Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

It appears that the subject matter of this writ petition has already been raised by the petitioner with the Special Task Force, as is apparent from a letter dated 03.02.2025 written by the Assistant Director (Planning)/STF to the petitioner.

In the aforesaid letter, it has been stated that the matter has been forwarded to the Nodal Officer, North Delhi Municipal Corporation and that the Nodal Officer of the said Corporation may also be contacted for any further information.
