By way of the present petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of Complaint Case No. 5947/2017 instituted against him under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, presently pending before the learned Magistrate's Court.

After some arguments, Mr. Jitender Ratta, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner before the learned Trial Court.

The petition, alongwith all pending applications, is accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, in terms of the aforesaid submission.
