The learned Standing Counsel for the State submits that her statement under Section 183 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, will now be recorded, she will then be produced before the Child Welfare Committee ['CWC'] for completion of the formalities and thereafter, subject to the directions of the CWC, will be handed over to the petitioner. In such proceedings before the CWC, the petitioner shall also be entitled to participate. 3.
