The petitioner has approached this Court against a chargesheet dated 03.03.2025 issued against him, by which it is stated that an inquiry is proposed to be held against him against on stated charges. 2.

After some hearing, Mr. Ankit Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, instructed by the petitioner, who is present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take all defences available to him against the charges, and to avail of remedies available in law in future.
