1. Issue notice. The learned counsel named-above accept notice.
2. At the request of the learned counsels for the parties, the petition is taken up for disposal.
3. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the South Delhi Municipal Corporation ('SDMC') apropos his complaint dated 27.07.2020 to the Corporation and to respondent no.2- SHO, P.S. Jamia Nagar, regarding unauthorised construction being carried out at property bearing number 25/1, Gali No. 20, Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi- 110025 admeasuring 170 sq yds. The petitioner is stated to be residing in property no.507/20 situated in the same lane i.e. Gali No. 20, Zakir Nagar, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New
Delhi- 110025.
4. In the circumstances, this petition shall be treated as the petitioner's representation to the South Delhi Municipal Corporation ('SDMC'). The Corporation shall look in the matter, hear the petitioner and proceed as per law. Additional information, if so required, shall be supplied by the petitioner to the Corporation.
5. The writ petition, along with pending applications, is disposed-off in the above terms.
