The appellants have filed the above captioned appeal impugning an order dated 26.07.2021 passed by the learned Commercial Court in an application under Order XXXIX Rules 1&2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (hereafter the CPC) and Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the CPC in CS(COMM) No.1551/2021 captioned "P.P. Jewellers Private Limited v. P.P. Jewellers Retail Private Limited & Ors". 2.

The learned counsel for the appellants submits that the aforesaid suit has since been disposed of and all the interim orders have ceased to be operative. The appeal is rendered infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, the appeal stands closed.
