No. 2278/2020 The applicant vide the present petition seeks the extension of interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 7.7.2020 for a further period of 45 days in view of the order dated 4.8.2020 of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3080/2020 Notice thereof is issued to the State and accepted on behalf of the learned APP for the State.

In view of the order dated 4.8.2020 of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3080/2020 the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 7.7.2020 is extended on the same terms and conditions as imposed thereby for a period of 45 days By:SUMIT GHAI 22:41

from the date of the expiry of the interim bail granted in Bail Appln. No. 588/2020 with the directions that the applicant shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail, on the 45th day of his release i.e, on the expiry of the 45 days.

The petition is disposed of.
