Petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 04/2025 of PS I.G.I. Airport for offence under Section 420 IPC.

The quashing is sought on the ground that petitioners have settled the disputes with the complainant de facto (respondent no. 2 herein). 3.

On being pointed out that according to the FIR, there were multiple victims of the alleged fraud, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition after settling the disputes with the remaining persons.

The petition is as well as pending application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
