% 11.02.2017 Parties have agreed to settle for a sum of Rs.12,60,484/- with interest @ 8% p.a. from 14.10.2013, which shall be deposited with DHCLSC by way of cheque favouring the appellant within 30 days from today, failing which it shall carry interest @ 12% p.a.
