% 15.02.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in terms of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Civil appeal No.8788/2015 titled Rameshwar & Others vs. State of Haryana and Others, the petitioner would like to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach HUDA/HSIDC to lodge its claim. He states that in some connected civil matters he has already lodged such claims.
