Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 ('BNSS') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0032/2025 under Sections 498A/406/506/34 IPC, registered at PS: Mandir Marg, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Learned ASC for the State, on instructions from IO, submits that final Chargesheet has been prepared, wherein both the Petitioners have been put in Column No.12, and is only pending for final approval. 3.

In view of submissions made, nothing more survives in the present Writ Petition, which is hereby disposed of along with pending Applications, with liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Appropriate Forum, in accordance with law.
