The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner for production of the daughter of the Petitioner, who is about 16 years of age. 2.

It is stated that the daughter of the Petitioner was missing from 09.04.2025. It is stated that the Petitioner is working as a house-help and her husband is a daily-wage worker. It is stated that pursuant to the filing of the Petition an FIR being FIR No.171/2025, was registered at Police Station Sun Light Colony for offences under Section 137(2) of the BNS. 3.

It is stated that on 23.04.2025, the daughter of the Petitioner reported at Police Station Sun Light Colony on her own. Status Report has been handed-over in Court. In the Status Report it is stated that the statement of the girl under Section 179 BNSS was recorded wherein she stated that she had an argument with her parents and out of anger she left home without informing anyone and went to her friend's house. It is further stated in the Status Report that the medical examination of the girl was conducted at AIIMS and her statement under Section 183 BNSS was recorded and she was counselled by the CWC and her custody was handed-over to her mother.

The girl and her mother, i.e. the Petitioner herein, are present in Court today.

We have interacted with the girl and her mother. The girl states that she would like to go with her mother.

Since the girl has been produced before this Court, nothing survives in the present Petition.

Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any.

The date already fixed, i.e. 01.05.2025, stands cancelled.
