The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking interim bail in FIR No. 572/2018 under Sections 307/328/381 IPC registered at Police Station Janakpuri, Delhi on the ground that the petitioner's case is covered by the Minutes of Meeting dated 18.05.2020 passed by the High Powered Committee.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was found involved in four other cases apart from the present case but since in those cases, the petitioner had pleaded guilty and the cases are no more pending therefore, those four cases can not be considered as an 'involvement' of the petitioner in any criminal case. 3.
As per the communicated dated 22.07.2020 issued by the Deputy Superintendent, Central Jail, Tihar, placed alongwith the petition, it has been mentioned that the petitioner is found involved in the following five cases:- BAIL APPLN.2307/2020
