This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "i. An appropriate writ/s, in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/s, direction/s, order/s thereby directing the respondents to consider and grant fee concession/remission/waiver to the ward of the petitioner to the tune of 40% and payment of remaining 60% of tuition fee and other charges in 3 or more easy instalments. ii. Direct the respondent no. 2 not to charge any late payment fee/penalty from the ward of the petitioner in case there is any delay in paying the demanded fee as per letter dated 10.08.2020 or the fee after grant of concession/remission/waiver etc.

iii. Cost of the petition and litigation expenses may also be awarded in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent." 3.
