CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAJIV SHAKDHER
O R D E R
% 24.08.2020 [Court hearing convened via video-conferencing on account of COVID-19] 1.
It has been pointed out by Ms. Richa Kapoor, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Criminal), who appears on behalf of the respondent/State, that all the accused have not been arrayed as petitioners in the instant case. 1.1 Besides this, Ms. Kapoor also informs me that one of the victims has also not been arrayed as a respondent.
2.
In these circumstances, Mr. Avadh Kaushik, who appears on behalf of the petitioner, says that he would want to withdraw the captioned writ petition with liberty to move the court by way of an appropriate petition. 3.
The captioned writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for, albeit, as per law. RAJIV SHAKDHER, J AUGUST 24, 2020 Aj/KK Click here to check corrigendum, if any By:VIPIN KUMAR RAI 21:18:57
