The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of Anticipatory bail in case FIR No.145/2020, for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354/354-A/506/509/427/34 IPC, registered at P.S. Aman Vihar, Delhi.

Learned APP accepts notice and on instructions fairly conceded that BAIL APPLN. 2289/2020
role of the petitioner is same as of his wife Santosh who has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 21.08.2020. 4.
Accordingly, the SHO/IO concerned is directed that in the event of arrest, the petitioner/applicant shall be released on furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/-. The petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and make himself available for interrogation by police officer, as and when required.

Before parting with the order, it is relevant to mention that nothing contained in this order shall be construed as an expression on the merits of the case.

The petition is, accordingly, allowed and disposed of. 7.
Copy of this order be transmitted to SHO/IO concerned for necessary compliance.
