The present contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 03rd June, 2019 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, West District, Tis Hazari, Delhi in HMA No. 229/2019 and also Settlement Agreement dated 06th March, 2019.

By order dated 03 June, 2019, the petitioner-father was allowed visitation rights to meet his child at Fateh Nagar Gurudwara and Pacific Mall, Subhash Nagar on second and fourth Saturday and Sunday of each month.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that visits with the child are happening regularly, though sometimes the time is modified. 4.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it is manifest that the petitioner-father is meeting his minor son on regular basis. In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. 6.
