This petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that the Bank Account of the petitioner has been frozen without passing any appropriate order under the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"). The respondent no.1 has produced before this Court a copy of the order dated 11.02.2020 passed by the Ministry of Home Affairs under Section 13 of the Act. Copy of the order shall be supplied by him to the learned counsel for the petitioner by way of an e-mail during the course of the day. The learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the said order in accordance with law.
