The present revision petition assails grant of leave to contest in proceedings under Section 14(1)(e) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1956. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for petitioner/landlord seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a request that the learned Additional Rent Controller be directed to dispose the eviction petition within 3-4 months. Learned counsel for respondents is not averse to the submissions. As informed by both sides, the proceedings before the learned Additional Rent Controller are at the stage of recording respondent's evidence.
