The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers: "a) Issue an appropriate Writ/order thereby directing the Trial Court i.e. Ld. ASJ/FTC SH. PUNEET PAHWA, Saket district court to expedite and conclude the trial;

b) Pass such orders in favour of the Petitioner as deemed fit and proper and in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that out of 20 witnesses cited by the prosecution, 03 witnesses have been examined and 05 witnesses have been dropped.

Learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice and fairly does not oppose the present petition.
