The present petition has been filed seeking following relief:- a) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ/s thereby directing the respondent no. 1 to take action upon complaint of the petitioner date 15.03.2024, against the respondent no. 2 to 5 and also take action for negligence, omissions or breach of duties /lawful authorities, violations of the provisions of relevant laws, guidelines and notifications of minimum wages. b) Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ/s thereby directing the respondents to conduct operation of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a complaint dated 15.03.2024 has already been made to the police by the petitioner with copy to the other authorities.

Issue notice. Learned ASC for the State accepts notice on behalf of the respondent nos.1 and 2. He submits that an inquiry with regard to the complaint of the petitioner is in process and necessary action will be taken in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from today. The statement of the learned ASC for the State is taken on record. 5.

In view of the above statement, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition any further. 6.
