The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner-Sanjeev Kumar under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of Cr.PC. By way of the present writ petition, the Petitioner prays to expedite the hearing and conclusion of CT CASE NO. 2351/2019 pending before the ld. Metropolitan Magistrate, South, Saket Court, Delhi. 3.

The allegation in this complaint by the Petitioner is that his wife had fraudulently married him in connivance with her family members with the intention to extort money from him. It is also alleged that the wife of the Petitioner had concealed the facts relating to her previous marriage. the matrimonial home are also contained in the said complaint. In the said complaint the Petitioner prays for action to be taken against his wife and her family members. The Petitioner also seeks registration of FIR for offences under Section 141, 149, 182, 191, 211, 384, 389 503, 504, 511, 34 R/w 120 of IPC.

In view of the nature of the matter, the concerned Court shall proceed in accordance with law, expeditiously.
