This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction by which the Student Grievance Redressal Committee is directed to share its report with the Petitioner; and/or (ii) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other writ, order or direction by which the Institute Level Plagiarism Committee is directed to decide upon the complaints of the Petitioner dated 02.11.2021, 06.11.2021, 11.01.2022 and 28.01.2022 in a timely manner following the principles of natural justice and/ or;
(iii) Issue a writ of certiorari or any other writ, order or direction quashing the notification dated 28.01.2022 whereby the Petitioner's PhD registration was illegally terminated."

During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner has seen the report and after perusal and on instructions, she seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to take recourse to other appropriate remedies. 3.
