% 31.01.2018 Petitioner had applied for the post of Warder in Delhi Prisons and in this petition, he seeks a direction to respondents to permit him to participate in physical endurance test scheduled to be held on 12th February, 2018 at Sports Complex, Chhatarsal Stadium, Model Town, New Delhi.

Since this matter pertains to recruitment to service in connection with affairs of corporation or authority controlled by State Government, therefore, in view of Section 14 of The Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, petitioner is required to avail of the remedy by approaching Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi.

This petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to seek the relief claimed herein while invoking jurisdiction of Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi .
