Mr. Pawan Kumar Verma, who appears on behalf of the petitioners, says that the captioned writ petition is connected with W.P. (Crl.) No. 1298/2020 which is also listed on my board today as Item No. 4 [Criminal Side].

It is Mr. Verma's contention that a similar error, which obtained in W.P. (Crl.) No. 1298/2020, has crept in the instant writ petition as well and, therefore, leave be given to him to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to approach the Court with an appropriate petition. 3.
