Counsel for the decree holder states that since the decree holder wants to attach and sell the property of the judgment debtor situated at Gurgaon, the decree holder be issued a Transfer Certificate, Non-satisfaction Certificate and a certified copy of the decree to be filed in the competent Court of Gurgaon, Haryana.

Accordingly, this execution petition, along with the pending application, is disposed of.

Let a Transfer Certificate, Non-satisfaction Certificate and a certified copy of the decree be issued to the decree holder against payment of charges by the decree holder, for the decree holder to file execution proceedings in a competent Court in Gurgaon, Haryana.

Necessary documents be issued in favour of the decree holder by the EX.P. 9/2016

Registry of this Court within a period of ten days from the date of deposit of necessary charges by the decree holder.
