The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that the petition bearing HAM No. 01/2019 titled Samakshi Bhatia & Anr. v. Sanjay Bhatia & Ors., which is currently pending before the Court of Principal Family Judge, Family Court (South East District), Saket Court Complex, be transferred to the Court of Mr Sanjeev Jain, Family Judge (South East District), Saket Court Complex, New Delhi as there is no judicial officer appointed to act as the Principal Judge, Family Court (South East District). 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent states that he has no objection if the case is transferred as prayed for by the petitioner. He, however, states that there are allegations made against the respondent, which the respondent denies.

Since, currently there is no judge appointed to act as the Principal

Family Judge, Family Court (South East), Saket Delhi; the petition in question, HAM No. 01/2019 captioned Samakshi Bhatia & Anr. v. Sanjay Bhatia & Ors, is transferred to the Court of Sh Sanjeev Jain, Family Judge (South East District), Saket Court, New Delhi. 4.

It is clarified that none of the allegations made in the present petition against the respondent should be construed as having been admitted or traversed by the respondent.

The parties shall appear before the concerned judge on 03.07.2019 6.

The petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms. The pending application stands disposed of.
