The present bail application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, under Section 439 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, seeking grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 91/2020 dated 27.05.2020 for offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18560, registered at Police Station Gulabi Bagh, Delhi. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, submitting that the main eyewitness is presently under examination before the learned Trial Court, and the petitioner intends to file a fresh application after the conclusion of testimony of the said witness.

Permission and liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law, is granted.
