O R D E R

% 29.04.2024 1.

The learned counsel for the applicant, at the outset, submits that trial has been continuing from the last more than six years and he would be satisfied if the trial is expedited. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, on instructions, submits that only few formal witnesses remain to be examined. He submits that he is hopeful that the entire evidence would be recorded in the next three to four months and the entire trial would conclude in the next five to six months. 3.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present bail application at this stage. 4.

The learned Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial within a period of five to six months.

The applicant is also at liberty to approach this Court and file a fresh application if the trial is not concluded within next five to six months.
