Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek directions thereby to quash the order dated 14.02.2011 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Delhi, in Complaint Case No.10941/11, whereby summons were issued against the petitioners.

Admittedly, the learned Trial Court has recorded the complaint's evidence and statements of the accused are to be recorded on the next date of hearing.

At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the issues before the learned Trial Court at the time of

arguments.

Permission granted as prayed for.

Accordingly, the instant petition alongwith pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.
