Mr. Raghavendra Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner - New Delhi Municipal Council, states that the dues in respect of the property in question has been settled. A copy of the affidavit dated 03.10.2024, affirmed on behalf of the petitioner, is handed up in Court and is taken on record.

In view of the above, Mr. Upadhyay seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
