The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- "Pass necessary order and directions for quashing of Criminal Complaint No.

53-A/1/07 U/s.

148/420/468/471/477-A & 120-B IPC and all criminal proceedings arising therefrom, which are pending before the Court of Ld. MM (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi."

The abovementioned complaint (Criminal Complaint No. 53-A/1/07) has been lodged at the instance of respondent no.2 company. 5.

Mr Abhinav Agarwal director of respondent no.2 company has joined the proceedings and is identified by respondent no2's counsel. He staes that he is duly authorised to represent and make statements on behalf of respondent no.2. He confirms that in terms of the settlement dated 23.02.2019 entered into by respondent no.2, the subject disputes between respondent no.2 company and the petitioners stand resolved. He states that respondent no.2 does not wish to pursue the complaint in question. He further states that respondent no.2 joins the petitioners in praying that this petition be allowed.

In view of the above, the present petition is allowed and the said Criminal Complaint No. 53-A/1/07 under Sections 148/420/468/471/477-A & 120-B of the IPC and all criminal proceedings arising therefrom, which are pending before the Court of Ld. MM (North), Rohini Courts, Delhi are quashed.

It is noticed that one Mr Sunil Sarda has also been arrayed as an accused in the said complaint. He is not a party to the present petition.
