% 03.03.2025 By way of order dated 29.04.2024, the petitioner was granted interim protection in case FIR No. 135/2024 dated 04.03.2024 registered under sections 313/363/376 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 ('IPC') and section 6 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 ('POCSO') at P.S.: Anand Vihar, Delhi, which interim protection has been continuing ever since. 2.
As recorded in order dated 29.01.2025, Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned APP appearing on behalf of the State, has informed the court that the petitioner has participated in the investigation; that the investigation is complete; and that chargesheet has been filed in the matter, without arresting the petitioner.

the prosecutrix and that appropriate orders may be passed in that regard. Mr. Diwan submits, that a written complaint in that regard has already been made to the Investigating Officer ('I.O.') as recently as 24.02.2025.

On an overall consideration of the matter, it is directed that in the event of his arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the I.O./Arresting Officer ('A.O') subject to the following conditions: 4.1. The petitioner shall furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rs. Twenty-five Thousand Only) with 02 sureties in the like amount from family members to the satisfaction of the I.O./A.O.;
4.2. The petitioner shall furnish to the I.O. a cellphone number on which the petitioner may be contacted at any time and shall ensure that the number is kept active and switched-on at all times; and 4.3. The petitioner shall not contact, nor visit, nor offer any inducement, threat or promise to any of the prosecution witnesses or other persons acquainted with the facts of case. The petitioner shall not tamper with evidence nor otherwise indulge in any act or omission that is unlawful or that would prejudice the proceedings in the pending trial. 5.
In view of the submissions made on behalf of the prosecutrix, it is observed that the prosecutrix shall be at liberty to approach this court for cancellation of the anticipatory bail/bail granted to the petitioner, if any threats are extended by the petitioner. appropriate protection as a witness/complainant, if the need so arises, which prayer will be considered sympathetically by the learned trial court.
