The learned Counsel for the Parties have stated that in terms of the judgment dated 25.04.2023 impugned in this Letters Patent Appeal, the amount has already been paid to Respondent Nos. 2, 3a, 3b, 3c and 4. Further, we have been informed that in respect of Respondent No. 1, the principal amount, as contained in the judgment dated 25.04.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge, has been deposited with the Registry and the interest thereof has already been paid to Respondent No. 1. The aforesaid facts are not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Respondents.

In view of the above, the learned Counsel for the Appellant states that she may be permitted to withdraw the present Appeal. 5.

Accordingly, the present Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. While permitting the withdrawal of this Appeal, we also direct that the amount deposited by the Appellant with the Registry shall be released in favour of Respondent No. 1.
