Heard the petitioner, who appears in person and the learned counsel representing the respondent no.2.

Having regard to the nature of grievance raised in this writ petition, we dispose of this petition with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Election Commission of India for redressal of her grievances by way of making a representation. If any such representation is made, the same shall be considered and appropriate decision thereon shall be taken by the Election Commission of India strictly in accordance with law with expedition.
