WP(C) No.5323/2019 & CM. No. 23487/2019(stay) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging a showcause notice dated 23.04.2019. Vide the show-cause notice, a written explanation has been sought from the petitioner within fifteen days from the date of issuance of the show-cause notice.

I have been informed that the petitioner has submitted a reply to the show-cause notice and no final decision has been taken. If that be so, the present petition filed by the petitioner is pre-mature. The petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order to be passed by the respondents if the same is against the petitioner. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition to enable the petitioner file a fresh petition after the final order is passed.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
