The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed assailing the order dated 28.02.2024 passed by the learned ADJ06, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in CS No. 985/2021 titled as ―Ashok Chaudhary vs. Sh. Daya Ram‖ whereby application for consolidation of two cases i.e. the Civil Suit No. 985/2021 titled as ―Ashok Choudhri and Others vs. Ranjan Choudhri‖ and Civil Suit No. 33/2022 titled as ―Ranjan Choudhri vs. Ashok Choudhri‖ to lead common evidence and for a common judgment has been dismissed by the learned Trial Court. 4.

After making some submissions, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
