By way of this petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No. 917/2021 dated 28.07.2021, registered at P.S. Mangol Puri, Outer District Delhi, under Section 363 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, on the ground of settlement.

After some arguments, Mr Rajiv Tehlan, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3.

The petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observations on the merits of the case.
