Mr. Naveen Saxena, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the respondent was taken into judicial custody in terms of order dated 23rd November, 2023, when non-bailable warrants were issued against him. He submits that the respondent has already expired on 28th April, 2024, in custody.

In view of the aforesaid, the present application has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
